Taking bookings for next week · Brisbane inner north
Small jobs, done level and true.
the whole list, one visit
That sticking screen door, the loose verandah rail, the TV still leaning against the wall. Write it all down, send it through, and it gets done in one trip with the parts already in the ute.

A Queenslander, because half of Brisbane lives in one. Each pin is a job we do every week. Pick yours and see roughly how long the visit runs.

What Dan won't touch, and who he'll send instead.
- Wiring and powerpoints. Needs a licensed sparky. We have two we trust and will pass your list on.
- Gas, hot water, drains. Plumber territory. Same deal.
- Anything holding the house up. Rotten stumps or bearers get a builder and an engineer, not a handyman.
How a visit goes
Four steps. No "somewhere between 7 and 5".

Parts come with him
Hinges, palings, brackets, sealant. Bought for your list, not a second trip.

Sent him a list of eleven things that had been annoying us for two years. He did ten and told us the eleventh needed a plumber. Gave us the number.
Priya, Grange
Texted when he left the job before ours, like he said. Didn't know that was possible with a tradie.
Mark, Kelvin Grove
The photo report is the best part. I sent it straight to the landlord.
Jess, Windsor
Where the ute goes
Inner north, within 25 minutes of Wilston.
Outside these? Send the list anyway. If it's a full day's work, we'll make the drive.

Fair questions
Is there a call-out fee?
No. The first hour is the minimum, so a 20-minute job costs one hour. That's why a list works out cheaper than one job at a time.
Do I have to be home?
Only at the start, to walk the list together. Plenty of people leave a key and get the photo report at work.
Can you do the smoke alarm upgrade?
Yes, with 10-year wireless interconnected photoelectric alarms, which don't need an electrician. If your place needs hardwired ones, that's a sparky job and we'll say so.
Do you do rentals and end-of-lease repairs?
All the time. Agents get the photo report and the receipts, which is usually what they're chasing.
